Chris Lines – Owner/Managing Director
Chris has been working in the PR industry since 1996 and in that time has built up significant experience across a range of sectors, particularly the outdoors, sport, charity, consumer lifestyle, destination marketing and business to business. He has worked for some major international brands, organisations, events and individuals, including Puma, Timberland, Brasher, Berghaus, Keswick Mountain Festival, Kielder Marathon, Outward Bound Trust, the Outdoor Industries Association, the European Outdoor Group, One NorthEast, Business Link North East, Parsons Containers Group and world champion athlete Steve Cram. During over 20 years of experience in PR and marketing, Chris has built effective relationships and skills that consistently deliver excellent results.
Lindsey Spears – PR Consultant
Lindsey has over 16 years’ experience in PR, working with some of the leading agencies in North East England. She has worked for clients including Berghaus, Newcastle and Doncaster Racecourses, national charity Fight for Sight and major international open-air live action night show, ‘Kynren – an epic tale of England’. She has been responsible for setting the strategic direction of many regional and national campaigns as well as tactical delivery. Lindsey has significant experience in media relations, copywriting, social media, issues management, stakeholder and community engagement and event management.
Catherine Lines – Office Manager
Catherine is an experienced administrator and has worked for a variety of major businesses, including British Telecom, GAB Robins, Berghaus and Sandersons Estate Agents. She brings order to the Right Lines office, along with fine melody. Catherine was also a Red Coat at Butlins and for many years performed on the stage in pubs and clubs throughout the UK as part of a group or with her own solo act. She continues to sing in community choir Lirica and also runs handmade creative enterprise All About Words when she’s not on Right Lines duty.
Lizzie Delderfield – Marketing Consultant
Lizzie has worked in marketing for over 14 years, 10 of those in Canada, managing accounts for Welcome PEI, Charlottetown Airport, ServiceMaster Restore PEI, Current Insurance and the Atlantic Canada Airports Association. Lizzie loves researching ways to improve brand appeal and reach. She enjoys managing brands in social media and is experienced in brand refresh, website design focusing on user experience, and relevant content creation. The world of social media is constantly evolving and Lizzie always finds new ways to make companies stand out in a social space. She spends most of her free time supporting her two sons and their football teams.
Ciaran Lines – Chip off the older blocks
So, we are not denying Ciaran a formal education! He studies at Carmel College in Darlington, but he’s also a very useful member of the Right Lines team. Ciaran undertakes plenty of junior administrative roles and he’s also been kept busy at many events which the company is involved in, delivering on the ground support at various running races and festivals. Ciaran is a very keen runner (with Sedgefield Harriers), so he’s hoping that spending time with the likes of Steve Cram will help him in his athletics development. Meanwhile, his presence already frequently helps us and adds some youthful energy and perspective to the team!
